What this site is
WhyBuyMyHouse.com is the place an agent posts what the seller will offer so the house sells. That is the buyer-agent commission (BAC) and any seller concessions, on the address. Anyone can look it up before they write. It is free. If it isn’t posted, it’s like not being offered at all.
What Zillow and Realtor.com show
Zillow and Realtor.com show the house. They show photos, price, and the listing. They do not show the seller’s offer to the buyer’s side. That offer is the buyer-agent commission and the concessions. This site is only that offer, plus the address it belongs to.
Who posts it
A licensed agent posts it and locks the house. An owner does not lock it. The owner sends the address to their agent. Buyers and buyer agents look it up. Nothing here is an MLS listing, a home search, or a promise of a commission.
