What is the seller offering?
The seller’s offer is the buyer-agent commission and any concessions on that house. It is not the list price and it is not on Zillow. An agent posts it here, on the address, so the other side can see it before they write.
What is a buyer-agent commission?
A buyer-agent commission, or BAC, is what the seller is willing to pay the agent who brings the buyer. It is a percent or a dollar amount. If the listing agent has not posted it, this site shows that it is not offered yet.
What are seller concessions?
Seller concessions are extra money or allowances the seller will give the buyer, such as help with closing costs or a repair credit. They are optional. They show up only when the agent posts them on that address.
What if it isn’t posted?
If it isn’t posted, it’s like not being offered at all. The house can still be for sale. The extra is just not on the table here until the listing agent posts it. Posting is free.
